The Spiral Immersion Methodology
Confidently hold client sessions from day 1
The Spiral Immersion is the inward foundation of all Institute of Origin Frequency trainings. It is a sequential step by step methodology that gives you a coherent blueprint for holding 1:1 sessions with clients. Including scripting for the specific techniques used in each intervention, this framework gives structure to the sequence of emotional release work to help new practitioners confidently hold client sessions with ease.
This process unfolds gradually, in spirals rather than linear stages, allowing integration without force or overwhelm. We teach how to safely let go of low frequency emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and shame from their origin in the nervous system, allowing the body to return to a place of peace and calm.
